    Prior to joining Scarinci Hollenbeck, Brian co-founded Spector & Ehrenworth, P.C. with his stepbrother Douglas Ehrenworth. Over the course of 30 years, their firm served individuals and businesses in a wide variety of matters, building a reputation for providing solutions to complex issues that arise in business. In December 2023, Spector & Ehrenworth merged with Scarinci Hollenbeck, greatly expanding the depth of firm’s bankruptcy and litigation practices.

    With over 40 years of experience as a lawyer serving the business community, Brian Spector offers clients the unique ability to spot the issues, investigate the facts, analyze the law, present all viable options and develop an effective plan for resolution. Although he specializes in litigation, bankruptcy & creditors’ rights, and corporate and commercial law, Brian also has extensive knowledge and expertise in real estate and casino regulatory law. In addition, Brian is an AV-rated Martindale-Hubbell attorney for Legal Ability and Ethical Standards.

    Over the last decade, Brian has followed his passion for theater and has become involved in numerous Broadway and Off-Broadway productions and other projects, and is the proud recipient of two Tony Awards®.
