Biography

Brittany P. Tarabour is Counsel in the Public Law Department at Scarinci Hollenbeck, LLC. She focuses her practice on a broad range of public law and litigation matters, including labor and employment issues on behalf of public entities and government bodies, including boards of education. 

Brittany is experienced in all aspects of litigation and regularly represents clients in contested matters across both public and private sectors. Prior to joining Scarinci Hollenbeck, she practiced at a law firm in Red Bank, where she handled a diverse portfolio of legal issues, including civil and chancery litigation, estate planning, commercial litigation, and real estate matters.

She earned her Juris Doctor from the Florida Coastal School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government with a minor in Legal Studies from the University of Delaware. Brittany is admitted to practice law in New Jersey.

Brittany has been recognized by Super Lawyers magazine on the New Jersey Rising Stars list for multiple years and was promoted to Counsel at Scarinci Hollenbeck effective January 1, 2026. She is actively involved in the legal community, serving as a Three‑Year Trustee of the Monmouth County Bar Association, sitting on the data privacy and cybersecurity subcommittee, co-hosting the Monmouth County High School Mock Trial Competition, and participating in professional organizations, including the Monmouth County Bar Association and The C. Willard Heckel Inn of Court. Brittany is also a Trustee of the Lincroft Village Green Association and serves as an alumni advisor to the University of Delaware chapter of Gamma Phi Beta.

In addition to her practice, Brittany contributes to the profession through speaking engagements and panel discussions, offering insights on public law topics, cybersecurity and data privacy, and supporting the development of emerging legal professionals.
