Charles H. Friedrich specializes in corporate and commercial law. He has served as New Jersey counsel to national and local corporations and other business entities.
Mr. Friedrich has been involved as counsel in a variety of business ventures and transactions, including public securities offerings and private placements, secured and unsecured debt financing, equity (including venture capital) financing, stock and asset acquisitions and other business combinations, and leveraged ESOP transactions.
He specializes in corporate and commercial law. He has served as New Jersey counsel to national and local corporations and other business entities. In addition, he has been involved as counsel in a variety of business ventures and transactions, including public securities offerings and private placements, secured and unsecured debt financing, equity (including venture capital) financing, stock and asset acquisitions and other business combinations, and leveraged ESOP transactions.
Mr. Friedrich has also advised clients in a variety of intellectual property matters, including the drafting and negotiation of software license agreements and service level agreements, the preparation, filing and prosecution of trademark registration applications, and the assessment of intellectual property infringement claims.
He was an adjunct Professor of Law at Rutgers (Newark) School of Law during the 1979-1980 academic year. He also served as Law Secretary to the late Honorable Richard J. Hughes, Chief Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court, during the 1974-1975 Court Term.
