  • Christopher D. Warren is a seasoned business and securities law attorney with over twenty years of experience in the securities industry.  Mr. Warren routinely handles business-to-business disputes, government investigations, and complex enforcement proceedings on behalf of clients before regulatory entities such as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, and state regulatory agencies such as the Attorneys General Office.  

    Mr. Warren’s practice also includes litigating business dissolution matters, shareholder and partnership disputes, real estate litigation and breach of fiduciary duty claims in state and federal court, as well as arbitration bodies such as AAA and JAMS.

    Before beginning his legal career in 2013, Mr. Warren gained decades of experience in the financial securities industry in roles ranging from licensed advisor to founding partner of several real estate investment and services companies.  His practical knowledge of the industry and regulatory matters enabled Mr. Warren to thrive in his career as an attorney.  In 2018, Mr. Warren founded his own law firm, Warren Law Group, which merged with Scarinci Hollenbeck in January 2024.  As managing partner, Mr. Warren led a team of securities and business litigation attorneys who represented investment advisory firms, broker-dealers, brokers, private equity firms, partnerships, closely held private companies and their officers.

    Mr. Warren regularly speaks on AI and how it has changed the practice of law, as well as business and law firm management and has appeared on Fox News, Law360, U.S. News & World Report, among others. 

    Mr. Warren earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from New York Law School in New York, NY and his undergraduate degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, AZ.
