The Passing of Harvey Poe

Scarinci Hollenbeck is deeply saddened to report the untimely passing of Harvey R. Poe, Esq. Mr. Poe, who was with the firm since 2016, played a crucial role in helping mold the firm’s Tax, Trusts & Estates practice group. Mr. Poe’s legal career spanned over fifty years, forty of which he spent advising clients on tax and estate matters.

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Poe was a passionate environmentalist, an avid practitioner of yoga, an author, a lecturer, a father and grandfather, a husband, a mentor, a respected colleague, and a dear friend. His sense of humor, wit and charm are what we admired most about him. He will be greatly missed.

Mr. Poe is survived by his wife, children and grandchildren. We extend our warmest condolences to Mr. Poe’s family during this difficult time.
