On Tuesday, September 22, 2026, Angela A. Turiano, Partner and Chair of the Litigation practice group at Scarinci Hollenbeck, will return to the University of Miami School of Law as a guest lecturer and present her program on SEC Regulation Best Interest (Reg BI) to students via Zoom.
Angela is a familiar face at Miami Law. She has returned as a guest lecturer for the school’s securities arbitration clinic, presenting in February 2025, September 2025, and February 2026. The September session comes less than a month after she delivered the same program in person at Fordham University School of Law, where she has also served as a mock arbitrator for the Securities Arbitration Clinic every year since 2020.

“I always look forward to coming back to Miami Law,” Angela said. “Each semester brings a new group of students and new developments in how Reg BI is being examined and enforced, so the conversation is never the same twice. Drawing on my work representing financial institutions and advisors, I try to show students how the rule plays out in actual disputes, and their questions keep me sharp.”
Angela’s ongoing work with leading law schools reflects her commitment to her practice and to the broader legal community. Through her lectures and mentoring, she continues to advance understanding of securities regulation and prepare the next generation of attorneys for the issues they will face in practice.
