Mr. Warren brings more than 20 years of experience in business litigation, securities law, regulatory compliance, and government investigations. Since joining the firm in January 2024, he has demonstrated leadership in complex commercial disputes, SEC and FINRA matters, and emerging legal issues such as blockchain and artificial intelligence.
In his new role on the Ethics Committee, Mr. Warren will join other distinguished legal professionals in reviewing matters of attorney conduct and serving the public interest throughout District VI.
