In this role, Mr. Zemel will lead the committee in identifying, developing, and implementing mid- to long-range strategies. These strategies will drive the firm’s continued growth and success.

As Chair, Mr. Zemel will work closely with the firm’s Executive Committee and other key stakeholders to identify areas of focus. He will facilitate open communication among committee members and oversee the successful implementation of the committee’s goals. Under his leadership, the committee will focus on fostering innovation and improving processes. It will also align the firm’s strategies with its core values and goals.
