American Bar Association Honors New Jersey State Bar Association Environmental Law Forum with 2017 Program of the Year Award

ABA Names NJSBA Forum 2017 Program of the Year

Lyndhurst, NJ, October 22, 2018 – Scarinci Hollenbeck is pleased to announce that the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Environment, Energy and Resources has selected the 2017 NJSBA Environmental Law Forum as Program of the Year. The Forum is an annual event hosted by the NJSBA Environmental Law Section. Daniel T. McKillop, Counsel in the firm’s Environmental & Land Use Law group, currently serves as Vice-Chair of the NJSBA Environmental Law Section and as one of the Forum chairpersons.

“It is an incredible honor to have our Forum acknowledged by the ABA. I would like to thank everyone involved in our Forum for their hard work because national acknowledgments like this would not be possible without our team’s continued dedication to creating top-notch legal education programming,” stated Mr. McKillop.

According to the ABA, “the award recognizes the best continuing legal education program or public service project of the year focused on issues in the field of environmental, energy, or natural resources law.” Mr. McKillop and fellow Forum chairpersons, Michele J. Glass and Laurie J. Sands, were presented with the award as part of the ABA Section’s 26th Fall Conference which occurred last week from Wednesday, October 17, through Saturday, October 20.
