Partner and Chair of Scarinci & Hollenbeck, LLC’s Environmental Group to Discuss Impact of NDJEP Regulations
On Wednesday, January 29, 2025, Partner and Chair of Scarinci & Hollenbeck, LLC’s Environmental Law Section, William C. Sullivan, Jr., will be featured as a panelist during an event entitled, “Eggs & Issues: Emerging Land Use and Development Issues in NJ”. Hosted by the Meadowlands Chamber of Commerce, the panel will be discussing “New Affordable Housing Obligations & Impact of NJ PACT/REAL Regulations”.
Mr. Sullivan will be featured on the second panel of the event, in an engaging discussion on the impact of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection’s (NJDEP) New Jersey Protecting Against Climate Threats (NJPACT) regulations as well as the new Resilient Environments & Landscapes (REAL) rules.
