The legislation conceived and adopted during the progressive era changed the paradigm of American Liberty and Democracy. The conception of a Democratic Republican form of government held by those who drafted the constitution of 1787 underwent a fundamental shift after the Civil War. TR was one of the principal spokespersons of that shift. Some would even say that he was the leader of the Progressive movement.
This unique CLE event (part of NJICLE’s esteemed History Meets CLE Series) provides you with an opportunity to hear directly from President Roosevelt, as United States Constitution expert Donald Scarinci, Esq. is joined by Roosevelt expert, historian and actor Peyton Dixon.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for3.3 hours of total CLE credit.
