201-896-4100 info@sh-law.comPatrick J. McNamara is slated to speak at the 97th Annual National Association of Flavors and Food-Ingredient Systems NAFFS Convention, “Food Safety Reality Check: How Flavor & Ingredient Companies are Addressing Customers’ New Food Safety Requirements”.
What new laws and regulations will impact flavors, raw materials and food-ingredients? Where do we stand with flavors and electronic cigarettes? As General Counsel to NAFFS, Patrick McNamara will review the latest developments in the regulatory and legislative areas and provide guidance on issues of concern. This will be the 19th year that Patrick McNamara has been a speaker at the NAFFS convention.
The convention will take place October 23-26, 2014 at the Resort at Longboat Key Club, Longboat Key, Florida. More information can be found on the NAFFS website at www.naffs.org
Patrick McNamara is a partner at Scarinci Hollenbeck. He has served since 1994 as General Counsel to NAFFS. Mr. McNamara also serves as General Counsel to the Chemical Sources Association and the Society of Flavor Chemists. He is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His practice includes the representation of numerous businesses in the food, flavor and fragrance industries.
Mr. McNamara has authored or collaborated on numerous articles on legal developments of interest to the food & flavor industry. His articles have been published in Perfumer & Flavorist, Food Executive Magazine, Food Product Design Magazine, Development New Jersey, the New Jersey Law Journal, as well as his law firm’s various blogs.
