201-896-7701 dedelberg@sh-law.comOn Friday, May 16, 2025, Scarinci Hollenbeck Partner, David Edelberg, will lead a panel discussion at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2025 Annual Meeting and Convention, which will be held in Atlantic City from May 14-16, 2025. Mr. Edelberg currently serves as Emeritus Chair of the NJSBA Bankruptcy Law section.
During the “Bankruptcy Ethics” panel, Mr. Edelberg will discuss how to safely navigate the ethics of bankruptcy practice and ensure attorneys have the latest information about representing clients and handling thorny ethical issues in bankruptcy matters.
“Even unintentional missteps can lead to serious consequences for bankruptcy attorneys and their clients,” said Mr. Edelberg. “This panel will provide valuable insight regarding how to navigate the numerous and overlapping ethical and professional rules governing the practice.”
The 2025 Annual Meeting and Convention offers CLE seminars with leading thought leaders from across the legal profession, along with networking and special events. Attendees will be able to choose from an array of seminars and earn up to 16 CLE credits.
