Red Bank, NJ, August 9, 2018 – Scarinci Hollenbeck is proud to announce that Ashley Brinn will be joining the firm’s Real Estate, Environmental & Land Use groups as an Associate. Ms. Brinn will be located in the firm’s Red Bank office. She will be joining the team of respected Scarinci Hollenbeck Partners Donald M. Pepe and Patrick J. McNamara, both of whom have extensive experience in Commercial Real Estate, Redevelopment, Environmental & Land Use and Corporate Transaction Law throughout New Jersey.
“We’re happy to have Ashley on board to continue to provide top-tier legal services for our clients in the complex matters our practice groups regularly handle. Her talent, drive and experience make her a welcomed asset to our group,” stated Mr. Pepe.
Ashley will primarily focus her practice on Real Estate, Environmental & Land Use Law. She will assist in various matters including the representation of landowners and corporate entities in land acquisitions, commercial real estate development, the securing of land use and administrative approvals, and more. Ms. Brinn will also provide support to the Corporate Transactions & Business Law group, an area in which she has significant experience. Ms. Brinn brings with her a wide range of experience practicing Corporate, Regulatory & Compliance Law in the gaming industry. She has represented and advised multinational, publicly-traded corporations and gaming equipment companies in numerous matters in both domestic and international jurisdictions.
“I’m very excited to have the opportunity to expand my legal practice. This is the perfect time in my career to take this step and I look forward to growing with the firm,” stated Ms. Brinn.
Donald M. Pepe and Patrick J. McNamara are Monmouth County natives and key partners in the firm’s Red Bank office. Notably, Mr. McNamara has played a major role in the redevelopment of Long Branch, New Jersey’s Pier Village. He was also recently successful in gaining approval on behalf of the firm’s client from the Eatontown Planning Board to move forward with the ambitious redesign plans of Monmouth Mall. Mr. Pepe was recently named one of New Jersey Law Journal’s 2018 Dealmakers of the Year for his involvement in numerous Commercial Real Estate projects throughout New Jersey.
