Little Falls, NJ – April 26, 2023 – One of New Jersey’s leading business journals, NJBIZ, acknowledges Donald Scarinci, Founding & Managing Partner of Scarinci Hollenbeck, and Donald M. Pepe, Partner and Chair of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Law Section, as 2023 Leaders in Law for their exceptional contributions to the business and legal communities, education, and mentorship. The pair will receive this award at The Palace in Somerset on May 25, 2023.

This acknowledgment marks the second time that Donald and Don have been honored for their work this year. In February, the pair were named Influencers in Law by ROI-NJ. For the Leaders in Law award by NJBIZ, the publication sought to honor professionals who have cultivated a high level of prestige in their practice and have impacted their respective legal communities. An independent panel of judges with experience in the justice system review nominations by colleagues and peers and choose the Leaders in Law honorees.
“I would like to thank all of my mentors over the years who have helped mold me as a professional and achieve success in my practice,” stated Don Pepe. “I dedicate this award to them for I would not be where I am today without their guidance.”
Don Pepe’s creative approach and influence on development and redevelopment projects continue to earn him recognition as one of the most influential commercial real estate attorneys in New Jersey. NJBIZ’s independent panel chose Don Pepe as a Leader in Law, particularly for his impact on the redevelopment of Jersey City, Hoboken, Bayonne, and the Gold Coast.
