Donald M. Pepe Set to MODC Board of Directors

NJ Real Estate Lawyer and Scarinci Hollenbeck Partner Don Pepe to serve on Board of Directors of Monmouth-Ocean Development Council

Congratulations to Scarinci Hollenbeck partner Donald Pepe on his appointment to the Board of Directors of The Monmouth-Ocean Development Council (MODC). Mr. Pepe will be installed as a new member of the Board at MODC’s annual meeting and general membership luncheon to be held on June 17, 2016, at The Mill at Spring Lake Heights.

At Scarinci Hollenbeck, Mr. Pepe devotes his practice to all aspects of complex real estate development and real estate transactional work with an emphasis on retail and residential development. He works closely with business executives and in-house counsel to develop strategies for targeting acquisitions, negotiating land purchases, managing and evaluating feasibility studies, representing corporate interests before local, state and federal approval authorities, and securing land use and administrative approvals.

The Monmouth-Ocean Development Council, established in 1965, is a networking and advocacy group dedicated to supporting the business environment in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. MODC’s membership includes hundreds of influential business, community and government leaders representing diverse groups throughout the bi-county region.

Patrick McNamara, also a partner at Scarinci Hollenbeck, recently completed his three year term on MODC’s Board of Directors, and currently chairs their Energy & Environment Committee.
