Little Falls, NJ – December 7, 2022 – ROI-NJ announced their 2022 ROI Influencers: Real Estate Service Providers List featuring Scarinci Hollenbeck attorney Donald M. Pepe. Notably, ROI-NJ also included Mr. Pepe on their inaugural Influencers in Law List earlier this year.
ROI-NJ sought to honor developers, attorneys, financiers, public officials, and other professionals who they regard as trend setters and leaders in New Jersey’s real estate industry. Donald M. Pepe, Partner and Chair of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate group, was recognized for being one of top real estate service providers in New Jersey. Mr. Pepe has handled a large variety of development and redevelopment work on behalf of a Fortune 100 company in 8 states. He also handles matters in New York, where he most recently helped secure the $84M acquisition and financing of an NYC hotel. The significant and complex transaction required interplay between the former owners, the state, the hotel workers’ union, navigation of local tax laws, adherence to COVID severance regulations, and more.
