Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Mergers & Acquisitions Law Group Was Successful in Finalizing Two Deals Within Two Weeks for Clients in the Technology and Day Care Industries

Lyndhurst, NJ, March 8, 2019 – The attorneys of Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Mergers & Acquisitions Law Group successfully provided legal support on two mergers and acquisitions deals that closed within two weeks: one in the technology industry and the other in child daycare services. The larger of the two deals involved the acquisition of a California-based developer of eLearning technology solutions and the other involved the acquisition of a Clifton, NJ-based daycare.

Tech Deal

In the first deal, Scarinci Hollenbeck represented CoSo Cloud, LLC (CoSo) in its acquisition of eSyncTraining (eSync), a California-based developer of eLearning technology solutions. According to CoSo, this acquisition allows the company to expand its sales, customer support, and engineering teams as well as broaden the company’s total eLearning solutions for global enterprises and large government agencies.

Local Daycare Deal

In the second deal, Scarinci Hollenbeck represented a buyer of a New Jersey daycare. In order to finalize the transaction, the group also assisted the buyer in acquiring SBA financing in collaboration with Sandra Bessoir, Vice-President of Lending, International Marketing Group, LLC. Scarinci Hollenbeck attorney Stephanie Edelstein led the transaction along with Jeff Cassin, Fred Zemel and Jeff Pittard.
