This program identifies, recognizes and honors the top places of employment in New Jersey that benefit the state’s economy, its workforce, and its businesses. Scarinci Hollenbeck ranks among the small/medium sized companies.
The annual Best Places to Work in New Jersey list is comprised of 100 companies split into two groups: 70 small/medium-sized companies and 30 large-sized companies. Factors used to determine the top companies and final rankings included company policies, practices, philosophy, systems, demographics, and an employee satisfaction survey.
