New York, NY, March 7, 2017 – Three new attorneys, David A. Einhorn, Eugene Lieberstein, and Richard Klar, have joined Scarinci Hollenbeck at their New York City Office. Einhorn was brought on as a Partner, and Lieberstein and Klar as Counsel. All three are part of the firm’s Technology Law Practice Group, which Einhorn chairs.
Einhorn and Lieberstein were formerly with BakerHostetler, and Klar managed and ran his own Long Island-based firm, the Richard B. Klar Law Office. All three attorneys have extensive experience in various areas of technology licensing, patent, trademark, copyright and domain name litigation, international arbitration, and intellectual property portfolio management.
“Adding depth to our Technology Law Group is a great opportunity for our firm, but more importantly for our clients,” said Russell Ascher, Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Executive Director. “The tech industry continues to grow, which creates new challenges for businesses of all kinds, and the people who run them, both nationally and internationally. Having David, Eugene and Richard on board enhances our ability to meet those challenges.”
Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Technology Law Group is a sub-group of the firm’s Intellectual Property Section, which services businesses in a variety of industries, including the music industry and consumer goods. The three attorneys joined Scarinci Hollenbeck to address the expanding technology needs of their clients, and to provide them with legal services in other areas as needed.
“We are excited to join Scarinci Hollenbeck, which will serve as a terrific platform for our clients,” said David Einhorn. “As part of this outstanding firm, we will provide exceptional and personalized services in a cost-effective manner.”
