201-896-4100 info@sh-law.comNew York, NY, January 24, 2014 – Attorney Anthony R. Caruso, Esq., appeared on the Morning Show for PIX Channel 11 TV in New York City to offer his legal insight into the recent Justin Bieber DUI arrest.
Bieber was arrested in the early morning hours of Thursday, January 23 in Miami, Florida for driving under the influence, resisting arrest and other charges. It is also rumored that he is facing deportation since he is not a U.S. citizen. Mr. Caruso commented that “he made several mistakes in addition to the violations. We advise our clients to never admit to anything at the scene and always cooperate with the police when stopped.” Caruso further advised that “jail time is a possibility with these charges. If Justin Bieber is found guilty of aggravated assault or a crime of moral turpitude, then deportation could also be a likely scenario.”

He was most recently requested for multiple interviews on national broadcast television to offer his legal insight into the recent Major League Baseball arbitration decision involving New York Yankee Slugger Alex Rodriquez, otherwise known as A-Rod.
