Anthony R. Caruso, Esq.

Scarinci Hollenbeck first opened an office in Monmouth County in 2006. Since then, the firm has been selected to represent some of the largest land use and real estate projects in the County, including Pier Village in Long Branch and the Monmouth Mall expansion in Eatontown. The partners based in that office have made it a hub for Intellectual Property, Cyber Security and Sports and Entertainment Law.

Caruso will spearhead the firm’s recruitment efforts and client development. A partner at the firm since he joined in 2011, Caruso has developed a significant clientele in the areas of business law, sports, media and entertainment law. He is former counsel to a New Jersey governor and is a certified NFL Agent. Caruso’s task is to increase Scarinci Hollenbeck’s footprint in Monmouth County and make it a significant presence in the Central Jersey legal community.

“We are all enthusiastic about increasing our firm presence in the Monmouth County area with this new “state of the art” office at Exit 109,” says Caruso. “I have worked at other large firms throughout the state, and it’s exciting to now have the resources of a large firm while maintaining a substantial presence at the Shore where I live.”

Scarinci Hollenbeck currently has five offices throughout New Jersey, New York and Washington D.C., with plans for continued growth. “We have added several unique practice areas to our overall platform in the past few years. Our Red Bank office will place a heavy emphasis on Sports/Entertainment, Land Development and Cybersecurity Law,” Caruso continued.

Managing Partner Ken Hollenbeck added, “Monmouth County has been a big part of our plan to continue offering quality legal services across the board at reasonable rates. Clients today demand value and expect results. We are confident Tony Caruso and our other Monmouth County attorneys will make an immediate impact in the area.”

Scarinci Hollenbeck expects to use its new facility to enhance its recruitment of top legal talent from the area and to strengthen its position as one of the premier New Jersey based regional alternatives to the higher-priced National 250 law firms.
