Mr. Yuen has served for several years on the editorial board of the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Law Journal, and is presently a Co-Executive Editor.  A 1990 Columbia University Business Law Review article Mr. Yuen co-authored has been cited and discussed by four U.S. state supreme courts (California, Wisconsin, Maryland, and Iowa), with three of those courts unanimously adopting the position Mr. Yuen advocated.

Mr. Yuen is a member of the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut bars and is also admitted to practice in various federal courts, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.  He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School and received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree, cum laude, from Princeton University.
