Little Falls, NJ – February 20, 2025 – Scarinci Hollenbeck, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of one new Partner. The firm also welcomes three Senior Associate attorneys. The expansion strengthens the firm’s capabilities across several practice areas. It reinforces the firm’s commitment to providing exceptional legal counsel to clients across various industries.
Joining the firm’s Red Bank, NJ office as a Partner is Marc J. Comer, a distinguished attorney in the Tax, Trusts & Estates practice section. Marc’s practice spans estate planning and administration, probate litigation, business transactions, and real estate matters. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm. Marc assists clients with drafting essential documents such as wills, durable powers of attorney, living wills, and various trust agreements tailored to their unique circumstances. He also advises fiduciaries on the administration of trusts and estates, overseeing critical processes such as filing state and federal estate, gift, and income tax returns, as well as preparing fiduciary accountings.

Jesse M. Dimitro has joined the firm’s New York City office in the Real Estate practice section. Jesse’s practice encompasses a wide range of real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating contracts, conducting due diligence, representing clients at closings, and managing commercial transactions, refinances, and leasing agreements. Jesse provides comprehensive support to buyers and sellers of residential properties, including single-family homes, multi-family residences, condominiums, and co-operative apartments throughout New York.
Zachary E. Klein has joined the firm’s Little Falls office in the Intellectual Property practice section. Zachary, or “Zack”, is a skilled attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property, entertainment, tech transactions, and corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions. Zack has developed significant expertise in managing intellectual property portfolios including trademark prosecution, representing clients in TTAB proceedings, prosecuting patents in the mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical fields, and drafting a wide range of agreements, including licensing, distribution, and settlement agreements. Zack has handled both patent and trademark applications and worked with and managed foreign counsel on international intellectual property matters.
Robert J. Mellinger has joined the Little Falls, NJ office in the Environmental practice section. With extensive experience in environmental law and local government regulations, Robert represents municipalities, public utilities, nonprofits, and private entities in a variety of litigation and advisory matters. His litigation experience includes cases involving environmental, natural resource damages, contract, redevelopment, and local government law as both plaintiff and defense counsel. Additionally, Robert serves as environmental counsel, offering strategic guidance on site remediation projects and regulatory compliance. His work ensures that clients navigate the complexities of environmental law efficiently while mitigating risks
