Scarinci Hollenbeck is pleased to announce the appointment of William C. Sullivan, Jr., Counsel to the firm, to the Meadowlands Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors (MRC), an organization that has taken a leadership role in many aspects of economic development for more than 40 years.
“I’m very pleased to be given the opportunity to serve on the Board of this important organization,” William Sullivan said, “The Meadowlands Chamber is a key factor in the continued economic growth of the Meadowlands Region and I look forward to contributing to that effort.”
Mr. Sullivan has been part of the Meadowlands business community for many years, representing builders and other entities before the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission (Now the New Jersey Sport and Exposition Authority) and the land use boards of Meadowlands municipalities in connection with all phases of zoning, construction and redevelopment projects. He concentrates his practice in the areas of environmental law, land use law and redevelopment law. His practice includes the representation of clients with respect to a wide variety of land use and redevelopment projects, energy infrastructure projects, environmental permitting and compliance, site remediation, and related litigation.
The Meadowlands Regional Chamber is a dynamic business service organization dedicated to the success and business growth of our members. They advocate for a positive economic atmosphere that improves the quality of life in the greater Meadowlands region for all who live and work in the area, and have taken a leadership role in many aspects of economic development.

William C. Sullivan, Jr., represents clients with respect to a wide variety of land use and redevelopment projects, energy infrastructure projects, environmental permitting and compliance, site remediation, and related litigation. He represents both public and private entities in regard to energy efficiency and renewable energy projects, including advice on State and federal funding opportunities and other financial incentives, contracting for efficiency and renewable projects, and regulatory approvals related to these projects. Mr. Sullivan’s litigation experience includes cases related to land use development, contaminated site remediation and environmental and commercial insurance coverage disputes.
