Hon. Ronald L. Reisner, J.S.C. to Present “How to Win a Trial” Lunch and Learn Seminar
On Wednesday, February 19, 2020, retired New Jersey Superior Court Judge Ronald Lee Reisner, J.S.C. (Ret.) will be presenting a seminar entitled, “How to Win a Trial”. The seminar is a part of a lunch and learn hosted by the Monmouth Bar Association. Mr. Reisner will cover a myriad of topics for being successful in the courtroom ranging from tips on effective communication to how to move in and out of the courtroom, coverage on various obstacles that may arise during a trial, how and when to object, and much more. The lunch and learn program will be held in the Monmouth County Superior Court Lawyers’ Lounge in Freehold, NJ. Attendees will receive 1.5 hours of credit and reservations are mandatory for attendance.
Ronald Lee Reisner, J.S.C. (Ret.) is a former New Jersey Superior Court Judge assigned to Monmouth County, who took office in 2001 and retired in 2016. During his tenure on the bench, Judge Reisner served in the civil, family and criminal divisions. A valuable addition to the firm, he brings his considerable skills to Scarinci Hollenbeck, as his years as a judge have given him expertise in alternative dispute resolution including both arbitration and mediation, with private and public sector clients. He has also served as a member of the District Ethics Committee of Monmouth County.
