This Wednesday, June 6th, Partner & Chair of Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Employee Benefits & ERISA practice group, Gary S. Young, will be conducting a conference call presentation entitled, Pay Equity: A Comprehensive Review of the New Law. The phone conference, hosted by the NJ Restaurant & Hospitality Association (NJRHA), will feature Mr. Young, who serves as the NJRHA’s legal counsel, in a discussion regarding the effects of the new wage discrimination law in New Jersey. According to the NJRHA, the event is open to “any restaurant/hospitality owners or operators looking to understand the effects the new wage discrimination law has on their businesses.”
“This conference call is a good opportunity for employers in the restaurant industry to learn more about the impact that new wage laws will have on their business,” said Mr. Young.
