Scarinci Hollenbeck, LLC announces the promotion of three attorneys effective January 1, 2026: Samantha L. Blake and Brittany P. Tarabour to Counsel, and Kevin M. Cuddihy to Senior Associate. The following summarizes each attorney’s practice and experience.
Samantha L. Blake has been promoted to Counsel and practices out of the law firm’s Little Falls office in Passaic County, New Jersey. She represents public sector and municipal clients in a wide range of labor and employment and litigation matters, including disciplinary hearings, grievance arbitrations, labor negotiations, and employment-related disputes.
Blake has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® — Ones to Watch and as a New Jersey Super Lawyers® Rising Star for her work in public-sector and employment-related matters.
Brittany P. Tarabour has been promoted to Counsel and is based in the law firm’s Red Bank office in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Her practice focuses on public law and litigation, including labor and employment matters, commercial litigation, criminal defense, and workers’ compensation, on behalf of public entities and government bodies.
Tarabour advises public-sector clients across a wide range of contested matters and is a frequent speaker on public law topics for members of the legal and judicial communities. She has been recognized by Super Lawyers magazine as a New Jersey Super Lawyers® Rising Star.
Kevin M. Cuddihy has been promoted to Senior Associate and is also based in the law firm’s Red Bank office in Monmouth County, New Jersey. He concentrates his practice on education law, with a particular emphasis on special education matters.
Cuddihy represents school districts and public entities in a variety of education-related matters, including special education disputes, student discipline, and governance issues.
These promotions reflect Scarinci Hollenbeck’s continued emphasis on developing talent and strengthening its public-sector practice.
