Little Falls, NJ – July 27, 2023 – New Jersey’s leading business journal NJBIZ included Scarinci Hollenbeck Firm Founding & Managing Partner Donald Scarinci in their annual Law Power 50 list. The listing features the most influential attorneys in the state, and this marks the third year in a row Scarinci has been featured.
With this year’s listing, NJBIZ sought to honor business owners who have been able to “steer a firm successfully” through a business landscape that is actively being affected by “growing political and economic uncertainty”. Each individual listed displayed acumen in complex problem-solving and their ability to thrive amid these conditions. Scarinci continues to be recognized for his distinct vision that has enabled him to make a notable impact on the business and legal communities throughout New Jersey. Earlier this month, NJBIZ recognized the firm for its efforts in advancing women in the workplace, an acknowledgement only granted to 53 businesses in New Jersey.

Donald Scarinci founded Scarinci Hollenbeck in 1988. His practice focuses on representing public institutions and businesses that interact with government. Donald is well known for his work in Municipal, School, Business, and Health Care law. In addition, Donald is an avid writer. He is a Constitutional Scholar who writes and lectures extensively about Constitutional Law and edits the award-winning, Constitutional Law Reporter.
