Little Falls, NJ – July 1, 2025 – Scarinci Hollenbeck, LLC is proud to recognize partner Donald M. Pepe’s dedication to the community by facilitating the donation of 43 new Dell laptops to the York Street Project. Don’s commitment and dedication to sourcing these laptops will allow to the Jersey City organization to build out a new Career Lab.
“By donating new laptops to the York Street Project, we’re working to bridge the digital skills gap and help Jersey City families overcome barriers to education and employment,” said Pepe. Understanding construction law and development processes has informed Don’s approach to community development initiatives. “I am proud to support the York Street Project’s life-changing work and look forward to continuing our relationship.”
The York Street Project is dedicated to sheltering, feeding, and educating women and children. Every year, its programs give nearly 400 women, children, and families the tools they need to attain self-sufficiency through housing assistance, employment training, and early childhood education. Commercial real estate law expertise often supports similar community development projects across New Jersey.
Scarinci Hollenbeck previously supported the York Street Project during the 2024 holiday season. Through the firm’s “Angel Tree” initiative, staff fulfilled the wish lists of the program’s children aged newborn to 12 years.
Donald M. Pepe devotes his practice to all aspects of complex real estate development and real estate transactional work with an emphasis on retail and residential development. Pepe works closely with business executives and in-house counsel to develop strategies for targeting acquisitions, land purchase negotiations, managing and evaluating feasibility studies, representing corporate interests before local, state, and federal approval authorities, and securing land use and administrative approvals. New Jersey public entity bid thresholds and regulatory requirements are important considerations in public development projects.
