  Libby B. Varghese is a seasoned Registered Patent Attorney with years of experience handling matters related to Trademark Law, Copyright Law, and Corporate Intellectual Property Due Diligence.

  Ms. Varghese has filed, prosecuted and obtained numerous patents in the U.S. and abroad on behalf of a wide array of clients ranging from individual inventors to large-scale corporations.

  Ms. Varghese counsels clients in all phases of seeking and obtaining a patent. Whether a client needs to evaluate an idea to see if it is patentable, to determine whether to file for protection in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and/or foreign patent offices, or to defend a patent application or an issued patent before the USPTO, Ms. Varghese guides clients through a complicated patent system.
